Ormit Talent, CornerBriX, Axxes and Easi are the Best Workplaces™ 2026 in Belgium

On 10 March, the Great Place To Work® Institute Belgium has once again announced Belgium's Best Workplaces™ at an awards show in Brussels. The results are based on an employee survey conducted at the organisations concerned, carried out by the Great Place To Work® Institute Belgium in cooperation with Vlerick Business School. The award show is supported by media partners Jobat, Références and HTag, and our event partner #ZigZagHR.

The Great Place To Work® Institute looks at organisations through two lenses. First, the employee survey examines how employees perceive the credibility, respect, honesty, pride and sense of camaraderie displayed by their managers within their respective companies. Second, the Cultural Audit evaluates the organisation's employer policy

Best Workplaces™ Belgium 2026

The Best Workplaces are characterised by a high level of trust, combined with meaningful values and impactful leadership. This in turn results in increased innovation, productivity and financial growth. In addition to having a well-integrated diversity policy as part of a sound corporate culture, the focus is now increasingly on displaying good leadership qualities, as this has a direct impact on productivity and (employee) performance.

Koen Dewettinck, CEO of Great Place To Work Belgium and Professor of Human Resources Management at Vlerick Business School: “We live in turbulent times, and there’s no escaping that for Best Workplaces™ either.
Now more than ever, they feel it is important to keep a finger on the pulse and use input from employees to make their experiences at work even more positive.

They focus strongly on a proactive welfare policy and psychological safety. To respond to the changing context, they are continuing to invest heavily in the development of their employees, and internal mobility is encouraged. One constant is the focus on supporting and strengthening leadership at all levels of the organisation, because this remains a crucial element when it comes to enhancing job satisfaction and organisational culture.”

Special awards for two outstanding business cases

Both Special Awards highlight organisations that opt for a work culture focusing on people and the future.

Bank Van Breda – Special award for ‘Best Place Throughout the Employee Lifecycle’

This special award acknowledges organisations that provide a positive, fair and supportive work experience throughout the careers of their employees. Here, everyone – regardless of their position, background or age – feels equally valued and respected, employees are treated consistently, and the focus is on cooperation and knowledge exchange between people in different phases of their life and career.

Unique – Special award for ‘Best Place for Meaningful Work & Employee Impact’

This special award honours organisations that excel in creating meaningful work and allowing employees to have a tangible impact. These are workplaces where employees feel that their contribution matters, where trust and responsibility take centre stage, and where innovation thrives on cooperation, initiative and continuous improvement.
