Programme Director, Prof Dr Wouter De Maeseneire, says: “We’re delighted to once again be recognised among the world’s top 15 finance programmes. This ranking reflects the programme’s quality and our ongoing commitment to staying ahead of developments in business and finance. We’re particularly pleased to see how highly our alumni rate the programme for helping them achieve their goals.”

Career support that makes a difference

The programme continues to stand out for the impact it has on students’ careers and the strong returns it delivers on their investment, ranking:

  • 3rd worldwide for salary increase
  • 5th worldwide for career services
  • 6th worldwide for the strength of its alumni network
  • 16th worldwide for value for money

Wendy Lisarde, Career Advisor says: “Our students are ambitious and internationally minded. Many go on to careers in corporate finance, investment banking, strategy consulting and private equity, joining leading companies in Brussels, Amsterdam and London. Through personalised coaching, assessment training and close connections with employers and alumni, we help our students take their next leap with confidence.”

Prof Dr Wouter De Maeseneire adds: “The programme is intensive and challenging. In a short period of time, students learn to work efficiently, deliver high-quality results and perform under pressure – skills that help them progress quickly in their careers. Several courses are taught by experienced practitioners, ensuring learning remains closely connected to the realities of today’s business world. In the final two months, students apply their knowledge to a business consultancy project, developing recommendations for a company and creating tangible impact.”

Developing responsible finance leaders

The programme also performs strongly on sustainability. It ranks 24th worldwide for the proportion of the curriculum dedicated to environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics and climate solutions that support organisations on their path to net zero.

The CFA-accredited Masters in Financial Management combines deep expertise in corporate finance with the management skills needed to thrive in today’s business world. This year, the programme welcomed 65 students from 17 nationalities.
