Photo / video consent

I give consent to Vlerick Business School

• to take/record – during my training programme at Vlerick Business School – photographs and/or videos of myself; and 
• to use these photographs and/or video recordings in all offline communication (programme brochures, posters, etc.) and online communication (website, online banners, social media, etc.) produced and used by Vlerick Business School for marketing and publicity related purposes.

I understand that 

• my photographs and/or video recordings will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation; 
• the images of myself captured in the video recordings and/or photographs will be the copyright of Vlerick Business School and any other intellectual property which arises in the recordings will also belong to Vlerick Business School.

I hereby agree to 

• irrevocably assign all property rights in my recordings to Vlerick Business School; 
• waive all moral rights in my performance in the film and/or recordings to Vlerick Business School.

I can ask Vlerick Business School – at any time – not to use (specific) images of myself (anymore), in which case these images will not be used in future communications but may continue to appear in communications already in circulation, by sending an e-mail to database@vlerick.com.
