MBA Scholarships

Vlerick Business School awards MBA scholarships based on academic achievement, personal profile or financial lead. The following scholarships exclusively apply to the Executive MBA, European Executive MBA and Online Executive MBA.

That’s why we want to make sure international participants have the financial support they need to join the European Executive MBA – and become part of our rich and diverse cohort.


What do the scholarships cover? 

Scholarships do not include the cost of accommodation, visa or flights on (international) study/immersion trips (if applicable). 

Who can apply? 

  • You hold an academic degree from an accredited institution OR a professional degree from an accredited institution together with a valid GMAT/GRE/Executive Assessment score
  • You have a minimum of 4 years of full-time professional work experience
  • You are committed to starting one of the following programmes at Vlerick: 
    • Executive MBA (Intake yearly in October)
    • European Executive MBA (Intake yearly in January)
    • Online Executive MBA (Intake yearly in January and October)

How to apply?

  • Complete your application pack on apply.vlerick.com and successfully pass the Vlerick Business School Admissions Test (VBAT)
  • Create a short video pitch, explaining why you are a great candidate for your chosen path (recorded video – max 2 mins) 
  • Answer the questions in the application form in any format of your choice (written text, video, presentation, …)
  • Submit your scholarship application, within the deadline (mentioned below) to grants@vlerick.com 

Winners of scholarship grants will be notified personally. The scholarships can only be awarded if the candidate has passed the steps of the application process successfully. 

You can apply only once for a Vlerick Business School MBA scholarship. Additional applications will not be considered.

  • Application Deadline: 7 April 2024 at 23:59
    • Announcement of Winners: by 12 April 2024 at 23:59
  • Application Deadline: 30 June 2024 at 23:59
    • Announcement of Winners: by 5 July 2024 at 23:59
  • Application Deadline: 25 August 2024 at 23:59
    • Announcement of Winners: by 30 August 2024 at 23:59
  • Application Deadline: 29 September 2024 at 23:59
    • Announcement of Winners: by 4 October 2024 at 23:59
  • Application Deadline: 8 December 2024 at 23:59
    • Announcement of Winners: by 13 December 2024 at 23:59

Please note that you can only apply for a scholarship before the start of the programme of your choice. Once the academy year has started, your application will no longer be considered.
