Vlerick Healthcare Conference

17 OCTOBER 2019

The Vlerick Healthcare Conference has become the annual reference in the field taking into account a total healthcare ecosystem perspective. Broaden your network in an inspiring blend of interactive sessions and keynote presentations by top speakers. The Vlerick Healthcare Conference targets all professionals active in healthcare and the life sciences, and everyone simply looking to stay on top of the most important trends in the field.

After five successful editions of the Vlerick Healthcare Conference, in line with the centre's research and executive education agenda, we are now gearing up for our sixth edition. Differentiation is the central theme of this year’s Vlerick Healthcare Conference.

More than ever, companies and organisations are thinking about how to stand out in the ever-evolving healthcare system. And as differentiation covers many different dimensions, it deserves our attention in how it will help to further transform the way we provide and organise for healthcare. In particular, we are organising 3 tracks that elaborate on how new evolutions are transforming standard practices on the levels of discovery, development and delivery of healthcare products and services.

In 2018 we focused on prevention and prediction in healthcare. This debate can transform the entire system. In order to do this, innovative responses and involvement across the industries and stakeholder groups is necessary. We kicked off with two keynote speakers, then participants could personalise their day by following one of three tracks (hospital, pharma or medtech track) and the conference ended with a wrap-up and panel discussion.
