for Learning Impact

Interim managers play a unique role. They step into an organisation that’s going through change or crisis – and help to steer it through. To do this, you need a specific skillset. On this four-day programme, you’ll build the knowledge and confidence to develop a digital strategy, manage a crisis, and build trust and influence. You’ll also network and share experiences with peers.

This is a follow-up to Mastering Interim Management. It is exclusively for alumni of our Mastering Interim Management, Leading Change and Strategy Excellence programmes.

Detailed programme

In two modules, each lasting two days, you’ll gain fresh insights into leading organisations in complex circumstances. You’ll develop tools to work in fast-moving digital environments – and learn how digital technology can help you deliver your strategic priorities.

You’ll also explore how to respond to a crisis and create a roadmap for improvement, how to build trust – and how to influence senior leaders to succeed as an interim manager. Through evening activities, you’ll connect with fellow participants and share experiences and ideas.
