Throughout your time at Vlerick, you’ll have one eye on what’s next – whether that’s launching your career, moving up in your organisation or changing industry. And our Career Centre is here to help.
We offer individual support – helping you to identify your strengths, reflect on your career and make a plan for where you want to go. You’ll also have access to our job board and opportunities to connect with top employers. The hard work is up to you – but we’re with you every step of the way.

Individual coaching
Your dedicated career advisor is here to support you throughout your time at Vlerick and beyond. You’ll have individual coaching sessions where you can assess your strengths and weaknesses and plan your next steps. You’ll also have opportunities to:
- Review your CV, LinkedIn profile and cover letter
- Practise your skills in mock interviews
- Plan your future career and determine your next steps
Events
During your time at Vlerick, you’ll have regular opportunities to grow your network. Masters and Full-time MBA students can meet top employers at career fairs – and connect with ambitious start-ups and scale-ups at innovative “speed-dating” sessions. And we host both online and face-to-face events where you can get to know alumni, meet senior business leaders and hear from expert guest speakers.
Workshops
Our workshops are designed to help you prepare for career success – from the start of your search through to maintaining your professional network. Topics include personal branding – such as writing CVs, cover letters and your LinkedIn profile – and networking and building strong connections.
Career platform
Our Career platform houses our job board, where you can connect with top employers and access great opportunities around the world. There is also a toolbox packed with practical information and resources on subjects like CV writing, preparing for interviews and negotiating salary.
