We welcome keynote speaker Mr. Jason Bates with his keynote speech: "Digital banking is only 1% finished".
After the speech we invite him into a debate with Professor Bjorn Cumps and Mr. Gunter Uytterhoeven to elaborate on ‘Digital transformation in financial services'.

 Jason Bates

Jason Bates Jason Co-Founded Monzo and Starling, two new digital retail banks in the UK, where, as CCO, he led product and proposition: researching customer needs, designing the app, recruiting a world class team, and defending regulatory submissions to the UK regulator.

Jason has firsthand experience of what creating a next-generation FinTech bank from scratch really means.

Now as part of 11:FS, he leads delivery teams in work across the financial services market to help banks drive digital transformation and help them deliver ‘truly digital banking’. He brings a mix of big bank experience with a startup / digital approach to deliver projects rather than just talk about them. He also co-hosts Fintech Insider, #1 business podcast on iTunes, listened to in over 152 countries.
