Category: Research Events

This is your chance to catch a preview of our latest cross-disciplinary research. The Vlerick Research Brown Bags are full of inspiring and innovative findings and provide excellent opportunities for sharing research practice.

Follow the brown bags free of charge via videoconferencing from our Ghent or Leuven  campus. The sessions are held once a month from 12.30 pm to 2 pm and are open to all researchers and faculty from Vlerick Business School, our parent universities and other academic institutions.

This session will be chaired by Susan J. Ashford (Ross School of Business, University of Michigan) and focuses on “Leadership construction in organisations".

Organisations today need more leadership than ever to meet the needs of a dynamic and complex environment.
