You’ve never received a call from a mom or dad asking about job opportunities in your company? Have you noticed how often parents are waiting in your parking lot when their son or daughter is doing a job interview with you? Then, what happens when you offer the interviewee a contract? Nooyi, the CEO of PepsiCo, writes letters to the parents of her employees, thanking them for the fact that their children are willing to work for PepsiCo.
