Martin Butler lectures in digital transformation, digital resilience and technology futures.

The GenAI revolution is here, but the leadership playbook for winning it is older than you think. The current discourse around Generative AI is dominated by what is unprecedented, yet organisations are failing to translate technical brilliance into sustainable business value. This paradox is not new. While the technology is indeed new, the structural and human hurdles to its success are remarkably familiar. We have become so distracted by the novelty of the tool that we have ignored the timeless management laws that govern true business transformation. In this session, we look past the hype to examine the interdependent pillars required to create an AI-native, high-performing organisation. We will explore why the secret to scaling intelligence is hidden in the complex interplay between how people adapt, how value is redefined, and how legacy structures are redesigned. This is the leadership challenge of the decade.

You’ll also take part in a live Q&A with an Online Executive MBA alumnus, sharing perspectives with peers who face similar leadership challenges.

I like this programme for its specific focus on Europe, where we get to visit and learn about new business trends, practices, and solutions in those different countries. I also chose the programme, because I can complete the online modules at my own pace, but I still encounter and work together with interesting people during the immersion trips and projects. The aspect of meeting people was something I was not willing to sacrifice. This programme is very intense. Particularly during the immersion trips, you have a very packed schedule. But I learn a lot of new things, and I encounter very interesting people. It’s quite an amazing experience so far, and I am very motivated to continue this journey.

This programme has a unique combination of benefits. It has a very international dimension, with a specific European focus on sustainability.  But it is still a full Executive MBA programme and curriculum where I can acquire all key business and leadership skills.
