Kerstin Fehre

Associate Professor of Strategy

Passionate about strategy and exploring the ways organisations make strategic decisions.

Kerstin Fehre’s research focuses on understanding strategic decision making – and she has an interest in CEO cognition, top management teams, M&A and sustainability.

At Vlerick, Kerstin is involved in many strands of activity – including teaching on a number of programmes, working with companies through our corporate partnerships and playing an active role in the Strategy in Action Platform. She is also the Director of our Masters in International Management and Strategy

Before beginning her academic career, Kerstin held analyst roles at Goldman Sachs, Bankhaus Metzler and Edmond de Rothschild. She also has experience in the chemicals industry, having worked for BASF SE in Germany and Hong Kong.
