Furthering corporate strategy in a world of uncertainty and unpredictability.
Martin Weiss’s training and research focuses on business strategy, corporate strategy, adaptive strategy and consulting skills. He explores the broad area of corporate strategy and developing strategies in uncertainty – and his work has appeared in renowned academic journals and books. Before starting his academic career, Martin worked as a strategy consultant for firms including Roland Berger and McKinsey.
At Vlerick, Martin teaches on the Masters, MBA and company-specific programmes. He is the Director of our Brussels-based, full-time MBA programme, co-head of the Strategy in Action Platform – and a member of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee.
Martin has worked as a trainer and coach for Hyundai, Fiat, Volkswagen, Deutsche Telekom, RWE, Generali, Roland Berger and many other companies around the globe. He is a visiting faculty member for many renowned European business schools.
