Martin Weiss’s training and research focus on business strategy, corporate strategy, and strategy in times of uncertainty. He also explores strategic communication and consulting skills – and his academic work has appeared in renowned journals and books.
At Vlerick, Martin teaches on the Masters, MBA, open and customised programmes. He’s the Academic Director of our customised programmes, co-heads the Strategy in Action Platform – and is a member of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee.
Martin has worked as a trainer and coach for Hyundai, Fiat, Volkswagen, BNP Paribas Fortis, Rabobank, DEME, Umicore, Coca-Cola, Sharp, Salesforce, Deutsche Telekom, RWE, Roland Berger and many other companies around the globe. He’s also a visiting faculty member at many renowned European business schools.
Before starting his academic career, Martin worked as a strategy consultant for firms including Roland Berger and McKinsey.
