Steve Muylle specialises in digital strategy and business marketing. He has worked in e-commerce since the mid-nineties, and now engages with many firms on digital strategy, innovation and transformation. His clients operate in various sectors – including energy, financial services, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and industry. 

Steve focuses on technologies including artificial intelligence and machine learning, augmented, mixed and virtual reality, big data, blockchain, cloud, Internet of Things, mobile, social media and web. He’s an expert in business marketing – including customer experience, customer value management, go-to-market strategy, branding and marketing communications. His work has been published in leading scientific outlets, and he has received many academic awards. 

At Vlerick, Steve designs and delivers actionable learning journeys for executives across the globe. He directs the Digital Strategy open programme and the Executive Master Class in Business-to-Business Marketing and Sales. He also lectures for MBA and Masters audiences, and is Associate Dean Digital Learning.
