in Open Executive Education in Belgium and #25 worldwide

Today’s CFOs and finance leaders need more than technical expertise. They’re expected to shape strategic decisions, identify risks and opportunities – and guide their teams through rapid technological change.

AI is already transforming the finance function – and this programme empowers finance executives to navigate the AI era. You’ll learn to assess, implement and leverage AI technology to enhance forecasting, valuation, performance management, cost control and value creation. And you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to integrate AI into your finance strategy, driving transformation across your team.

Detailed programme

This programme combines a self-paced online introduction with three intensive days on campus. You’ll start by assessing your finance team’s digital and AI maturity – and then develop a future-focused roadmap. Through hands-on tools, expert insights and peer discussion, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to integrate AI into your finance strategy and operations.

Module 1: Digital maturity and strategy

  • Digital maturity scan: Evaluate if your finance function is ready to adopt AI
  • AI strategy mapping: Identify the essential components of an AI-focused finance strategy

Module 2: From data to intelligence

  • Analytical AI: Discover how Machine Learning (ML) drives predictive analytics and enhances decision-making
  • Generative AI: Explore practical cases and exercises that show the potential of GenAI in finance
  • Ethical and responsible AI: Debate the ethical challenges that arise when you implement AI in financial contexts

I had the opportunity to participate in the Digital Finance programme, and I gained valuable insights into how to future-proof our Finance department. Our company is striving to become an international player in e-logistics – and so there has never been a better time to optimise our core processes through digitisation, especially when it comes to delivering greater value to our internal and external customers.
