Detailed programme

There are 3 face-to-face modules accompanied by individual coaching sessions and several online modules to work through at your own pace. In addition to this, you will develop a concrete personal action plan for your company. An in-company project and the Vlerick Growth Scan©, will help you apply the learnings.

Module 1: Go-to-market strategy and sales (face-to-face) 

  • Learn how to accelerate your sales process and shorten your sales cycle 
  • Explore how account-based marketing can help to personalise user interactions  
  • Find out how to implement a customer-first culture  
  • Discover how to build a sales team  

Module 2: People, performance and reward management (face-to-face)

  • Evaluate what your culture is and how your employees behave 
  • Identify the right people and encourage the right behaviour 
  • Build an HR organisation in your company, in line with your company’s DNA
  • Recruit the right talent and ask the right questions  
  • Discover how to implement a reward strategy 
  • Learn specific tax tips and tricks to optimise your reward strategy 

Module 3: Bringing it all together (face-to-face)

  • Apply your insights and new learnings to an in-company project that responds to a business or strategic challenge for your own organisation
  • Get group coaching, individual feedback of experts and practical guidance by peers to further professionalise your business
  • Walk out with a concrete strategic business plan that maps out the future of your business and translate that into milestones, actions and goals

International markets (face-to-face) 

  • Understand how to expand your customer base by tapping into international markets 
  • Assess the attractiveness of an international market 
  • Decide whether to have an HQ or decentralise your organisation  

Online module: Product management organisation (optional)

  • Learn how to develop a product roadmap  
  • Understand the different roles that make up the product team 
  • Dive into data-driven decision-making

  • Through our Vlerick Growth Scan©, systematically analyse your organisation’s growing pains and identify levers for growth.
  • Get tailored advice from our Vlerick faculty, fellow entrepreneurs, and experts. They will help you develop your plans.
  • Take part in a group coaching session with a Vlerick professor. In every module, you can ask specific questions to the expert of that module and to the group. This offers the opportunity to get insights and experiences from both the speaker and your peers.
  • Apply your new learnings to an in-company project – responding to a business or strategic challenge for your own organization. Walk out with a concrete strategic business plan that maps out the future of your business – and translate that into milestones, actions, and goals.
