Your professional track record is strong. Now you’re ready to shape what comes next – intentionally and confidently. Your future could include options such as a portfolio career, advisory roles, mentoring, entrepreneurship and social impact projects. You could be planning a step up, step sideways – or a career redesign.

This executive career transition programme is for experienced managers and leaders who want to reflect on their success, define their impact – and design their career transition.

Detailed programme

This hands-on experience is where you reconnect with your values, think differently – and explore your personal purpose. Supported by executive coaches, industry leaders and expert faculty, you’ll reframe your personal story and explore late career design.

The programme is spread over 3 months and comprises two intensive days on campus, informal evening networking, one-to-one coaching and a comeback day. You leave with a clear action plan, renewed confidence – and a senior network to support your next step.
