Module 1: Introduction to change (online)
- Learn to move from sequential to inclusive thinking about change management
- Discover the Vlerick Six Batteries of Change model, including a quick scan of your own organisation
- Explore your own change project – and propose your Change Master Plan
Module 2: Leading change (on campus)
- Discover the rational and emotional batteries of the Six Batteries of Change model
- Explore the actions you need to take to set up a change management project in your organisation
- Discover a toolbox, complete with templates, to use in your organisation
Module 3: Managing change in your organisation (online)
- Dive deep into your Change Master Plan
- Learn from feedback and input from experienced faculty and peers
- Be supported and prepared as you get ready to lead change in your organisation
