Change is a given in today’s business world. Yet many change management plans do not succeed.

This three-day learning journey gives you the tools and approaches to create positive energy for change. You’ll live and learn new approaches – and take the leap to becoming a sought-after catalyst for change, all with the support of our expert faculty.

It’s the perfect programme for professionals who want to understand the change management process and change control.

Detailed programme

Over three intensive days, you’ll learn approaches, skills and techniques that you can apply directly in your workplace. The learning format blends on campus, online, face-to-face and on-the-job activities. And throughout it all, you’ll have expert guidance from our faculty, who are experts in leading change.

The programme gives you a unique opportunity to learn new ways of approaching projects – so that you can have greater impact in your organisation, and enhance your career.

This programme is offered in a blended format, covering both on-campus and online sessions.
