A continuing crisis calls for network leadership and a collaborative approach

In just a few short weeks, we have entered a context unlike anything most of us have ever seen. In uncertain times, we may tend to criticise our political and business leaders for not being prepared or for not having a plan. Of course, preparation is important to cope with any crisis situation, but it’s not sufficient. It’s not necessarily those who have plans in place but those who adapt to a constantly evolving and unpredictable situation that tend to find effective responses in crisis situations.
