At the heart of this is the Rising Star Monitor. This large-scale annual study has its finger on the pulse of trends and challenges for young high-potential ventures in Belgium. The Rising Star Monitor is the first and only research to provide insights into questions such as: How many people are there in the team of founders? How do co-founders meet? How do the founders split their equity? What agreements are there if founders leave the company or take on a different role? We also look in detail at the composition of remuneration.

  • Your venture must be no more than seven years old (founded after April 2010) and it may not be a subsidiary
