Session 1: Healthcare costs
- Evaluate the cost of a complete care process using a case study
- Discover value-based healthcare, a concept that brings quality and cost together
- Dive deeper into performance management (results-oriented goals)
Session 2: Improving hospital processes
- Study how you can achieve more effective results and provide better care by implementing process improvements
- By means of a simulation, discover how certain processes can be made more efficient in your hospital or department
Session 3: Change within the hospital context
- Evaluate which strategy is suitable for which challenge
- Analyse the various steps of your change process
- Learn how to get people with different profiles on board in your change process
Session 4: Communicating with impact
- Examen what your personal challenges are
- Convince and mobilize your most important stakeholders of your ideas and convictions with the support of coaching
Session 5: Conflict management
- During this session, we will work on a number of cases in order to apply conflict strategies
