for Learning Impact

You’re leveraging digital technologies to make your offer safe and seamless for your customers. But in doing so, you’re creating an increasingly complex digital ecosystem – which can expose your organisation to serious risk.

In a world where a single incident can have far-reaching consequences, resilience needs to be at the heart of your digital strategy. This programme will help you build the resilience you need to address digital challenges, such as ecosystem fragility, cyber threats, and GenAI-related privacy and ethical concerns.

Detailed programme

This programme takes you through four half-day, live online modules. You’ll develop your knowledge through discussions, case studies, a business simulation and a maturity assessment. You’ll explore changes in the regulatory environment – and discuss the ethical challenges of AI. And you’ll return to your organisation with the essential tools to help your organisation mitigate cyber risk.

Module 1: Digital context and cyber resilience

  • Discover essential digital resilience principles
  • Learn how cyber threats are evolving
  • Explore the impact of regulation like the EU’s AI Act and NIS2
  • Learn to create a digital vulnerability assessment

After Module 1 you'll take part in a cyber-attack simulation.

Module 2: Cyber strategies and human behaviour

  • Understand the evolution of resilience across the digital value chain
  • Learn to develop cyber strategies and make smart investment decisions
  • Make humans the strongest link in the people-technology relationship
  • Explore human behavioural challenges

After Module 2 you'll carry out an online Digital Resilience maturity assessment of your own ecosystem.

Module 3: Digital governance in the age of AI

  • Explore the evolution of AI – and its implications for governance
  • Discover data lineage principles and practices for decision-making
  • Know how to strike a balance between innovation and regulation
  • Learn from a panel of experts on new and envisaged digital regulation

Module 4: Developing cyber agility in the digitised economy
