In our fast-paced world, organisations face continual disruption – and teams need to be agile enough to take care of today’s business while planning for tomorrow’s ever-changing demands.

But how do you go about tackling change? And what roles can you play? This 100% online, self-paced programme explores these questions, and gives you the tools to leap into supporting – or even leading – organisational change.

Module 4: Conclusion

This online learning journey includes videos, exercises, quizzes, case studies and real-life examples to keep you engaged and motivated. You’ll also have background reading and questions to consider to help you apply what you learn to your own experience.

And you’ll have the opportunity to put theory into practice – and become more confident about making strategic choices regarding change.
