for Learning Impact

Moving into a management role is an exciting time. But without leadership development training, it can be daunting too. That’s why we designed the Leadership Transition Programme.

It blends two high-impact programmes – Self-leadership and The People Manager  – with individual, expert coaching. The result is a powerful 6,5-days learning experience that features high-quality, transformational content at every step. You’ll gain the skills and confidence to step into your management role.

Interested in just one programme? No problem – you can follow Self-Leadership or The People Manager as individual programmes.

Detailed programme
