You already have experience as a manager – and now you want to hone your strategic thinking and develop your business skills even further. The 21-day Executive Development Programme helps you to become a true leader.

It gives you a unique opportunity to sharpen your skills and develop a holistic approach to management. It will empower you to leap into cross-functional, strategic leadership and make your organisation even more successful.

Detailed programme

Across five core modules, you’ll discover insights, tools and approaches that will empower you to become a more effective leader. Then you’ll channel everything you learn into a project for your own company –creating immediate value for your organisation.  

You’ll also deepen your knowledge in specific areas by taking five or six days of elective programmes and sessions. It’s a perfect way to tailor this middle management training to the needs of both you and your company. We'll be happy to help you.


Module 1: (Self-)Leadership 

  • Explore the dynamics of leadership, teamwork and culture – and reflect on your role in building a high-performance team 
  • Discover your leadership style through a 360° survey, and create a personal development plan 
  • Learn to become a leader with the potential for a successful corporate career    

Module 2: Business mastery

  • Learn in depth about finance, marketing, operations and business process management
  • Develop critical knowledge and analytical skills across a variety of management domains
  • Discover the potential of cross-functional thinking – and how to have a bigger impact on your organisation 

Module 3: Strategic thinking

  • Learn strategic concepts and how to apply them
  • Develop your strategic thinking and reflect on your organisation’s strategic choices
  • Discover how to respond to competitive marketplaces with strategic innovation

Module 4: Integrated business simulation  

As part of a small team, you’ll participate in a business simulation – running a company in a competitive market. You’ll have a specific role and you’ll need to work effectively as a team.

In-company project 

Apply your new learnings to an in-company project – responding to a business or strategic challenge for your own organisation.

Electives: Tailor your learning journey

Personalise your learning path by choosing up to six days of elective programmes. You can select a topic that’s new to you – or dive deeper into a subject you’ve already explored. Choose from leadership, business, change and negotiation paths – or opt to create your own path.

Practical info

To apply for this programme, you need to complete four steps:

1. Check your eligibility: Check if you meet the admissions criteria for the programme you want to apply for.

2. Submit your application: Fill out the application form and upload it together with your cv or LinkedIn profile.

3. Take part in an interview: When we receive your application, we’ll get in touch to set up an interview. This will take about an hour and will cover:

  • Your professional experience and current challenges
  • Your career ambitions
  • Why you want to take the programme
  • Which electives are right for you (if the programme includes electives)

4. Confirm your registration: If you pass the interview, we’ll send you a registration form. You’ll have two weeks to complete and submit the form to confirm your programme place.
